For more than 30 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes of law firms of every size. I’ve recruited and integrated attorneys, led business development strategies, advised firm leaders during high-stakes decisions, and coached attorneys navigating advancement.
This vantage point gave me rare insight into what truly drives careers forward: how influence flows, what’s quietly negotiable, and how behind-the-scenes dynamics shape outcomes that most attorneys never see.

My Path to Touchstone
Before launching Touchstone in 2014, I spent 17 years on the marketing and business development teams of firms like Benesch (Cleveland), Vinson & Elkins (Houston), and Greenberg Traurig (Denver). I later led the legal division of Denver’s top-ranked executive search firm, guiding attorneys through major transitions and advising firm leaders on high-stakes hiring.
Those decades confirmed what I’d long seen: attorneys face their most critical challenges in silence. Touchstone was born to change that — to provide tailored, discreet support that helps ambitious women attorneys rise with clarity and control.
