In my 30 years in the legal industry, I’ve seen it all. I’ve worked with small firms of just three attorneys, to national names with more than 2000. I’ve managed multi-million dollar marketing budgets, worked as a recruiter and outplacement specialist, been present for bet-the-firm war room discussions, and even coached women who were on maternity leave to prepare them to return to work.
I’ve been the confidante of the very people who are running firms like yours.

I’m Tracy Callahan, the Managing Member of Touchstone Legal Resources—part legal industry advocate, part legal industry groupie, and 100% dedicated to helping women attorneys thrive.
With 17 years of broad experience on marketing and business development teams, I had the pleasure of working with firms like Benesch in Cleveland, Vinson & Elkins in Houston, and Greenberg Traurig in Denver, enjoying the opportunity to contribute to the legal field in different parts of the country. I later led the legal division at Denver’s top-ranked executive search firm.
In January 2014, I launched Touchstone to provide tailored, discreet solutions to the most sensitive and critical challenges attorneys face.
